Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the following countries: 

  • North America: USA, Canada, Mexico
  • Europe: Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, UK, Czech Republic, Hungary, Estonia, Spain, Finland, Poland, Belgium, Switzerland
  • MidEast: Israel
  • AsiaPac: India, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, South Korea

Where do you ship from?

We ship from either Mountain View, CA or Chicago, IL depending on the product ordered.

How much does shipping cost?

During checkout, we will automatically calculate a shipping rate based on your shipping destination and shipping speed. Have a concern? Send us an email

When will my order be fulfilled?

All orders placed Monday through Thursday after 3 P.M. PST will be fulfilled the next day. Orders placed after Friday 3 P.M. PST will be fulfilled on Monday. 

Update: During the 2020 COVID-19 crisis we have reduced the frequency of order fulfillment to twice per week. This allows us to keep our staff safe while continuing to operate.

Where is my tracking number?

Some of the more cost-efficient shipping services do not provide tracking information. 

It's been forever and I still haven't received my order. What do I do?

Please note that once shipments leave Electric Imp, we have no control over shipping times. The first step is to contact the shipping service you chose (USPS or FedEx) to check on the status of your package. USPS does not always correctly accept tracking data from other countries postal services. Checking the tracking number with your countries postal service may yield additional information. Please contact us once you have gotten in touch with the shipping service you chose. 

Update: Air cargo volumes available across the Pacific and Atlantic are currently heavily reduce as a result of the 2020 COVID-19 impact on the air-travel industry. USPS international shipments are receiving delays at international air cargo terminals, making additional connections to their destinations, and in some extreme cases USPS is shipping by surface to clear their backlog.

What shipping services can I use?

You have the option to choose between USPS and FedEx. 

I have a free shipping option. Where's my tracking number?

We ship orders that have the "free shipping" option via USPS. Expect your order within 5 business days from ship date. 

International Shipping

What shipping services can I use?

You have the option to choose between USPS and FedEx. 

I chose USPS International Shipping. Why haven't I received my package?

According to the Stamps.com, international shipping times can take up to 21 days, but USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Please be conscious of choosing whichever shipping service you ultimately decide on using.
